Initially, I pursued Business and Marketing and completed two years of study before realizing my true interests lay in something more hands-on. I shifted gears and graduated second in my class with both a Construction Engineering Technician Diploma and a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma—each with honours. This education fueled my passion for construction, which led me to work on major renovation projects and eventually dive into real estate investment and development.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in real estate, developing and investing in multi-family properties. This hands-on involvement has given me a deep understanding of both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives, as well as the intricacies of property values, market trends, and what it truly takes to make a successful real estate investment.
